How late can I book Christmas lights?
We install through mid-December as the calendar allows, but November dates go first. Reserve now and you don't pay until install day.
What's included in a lighting package?
Everything: design, commercial-grade LEDs custom-cut to your roofline, installation, free in-season repairs, takedown in January, and off-season storage. You own nothing to untangle in the garage.
Will pressure washing damage my tile roof?
High pressure would — which is why we don't use it. Roofs get a low-pressure soft wash with treatment that kills algae at the root, so it stays clean far longer than a blast-clean. Chemistry is pet- and plant-safe, and we photo-document every slope.
How does junk removal pricing work?
Upload a photo of the pile in the quote form above (or call us). You get a firm price fast, based on trailer volume. The price we quote is the price you pay — no surprise upcharge on arrival. We donate and recycle first, dump last.
Can you convert our community's tennis court to pickleball?
Yes — one tennis footprint typically becomes two to four pickleball courts. We prepare board-ready proposals with options, timelines and sound-mitigation guidance for courts near homes.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we carry $1M in general liability coverage and workers' compensation, and we're registered in the Broward municipalities we serve. Certificates of insurance available on request, with additional-insured endorsements for HOAs and property managers within 24 hours.
